Obtaining Media Credentials

News Releases

ASA invites all professional outdoor media to attend ICAST. Before applying for a Media-Editorial badge, please read the FAQs below. For more information, visit our Media requirements page.

ICAST welcomes content creators to attend the show as working members of the media. Content creators are defined as any individual or company whose primary business is producing content for social media or video platforms (as opposed to publications, websites, and/or brands that have social media pages). Content creators must have a significant following, produce regular content related to fishing, boating or the outdoors, and be easily discoverable on major media platforms.

Media-Editorial badge eligibility and required credentials can be found here. Please note, past approval does not guarantee future admission and all applications are thoroughly reviewed by ICAST staff.

Any individual working in advertising sales or business development for a media company should register under the Media Sales category.

The Media Sales badge also applies to individuals who provide marketing, public relations, sponsorships, business development, and other contract-for-hire services, including photographers, videographers, and designers.

Media-Editorial badges are reserved for media professionals who intend to produce content related to ICAST, the fishing industry, conservation, or other relevant topics.

Show badges are not transferable. We do not permit substitutions.
