  • Update your Company Listing – All information in the listing about your company is visible to attendees of the show via our printed show guide, website and ICAST app.
  • Read the Exhibitor Promo Pak to view the Exhibitor Schedule for move-in and move-out as well as other important information regarding the show.
  • Register for Badges and Housing
    • Please note – a unique email address is required for each badge.
  • Freeman is the show services provider. Make sure to read through the Freeman Exhibitor Quick Facts in the Dashboard.
  • Maximize your presence at ICAST with Sponsorship Opportunities

Be Aware of Solicitations from Unapproved Vendors. ICAST does NOT sell their attendee lists to any third party.  Any company that contacts you and says they are an official vendor is NOT affiliated with ICAST. Please do NOT purchase a list from a third-party vendor. Please be cautious, and work only with vendors who are official partners of ICAST. View approved vendors.

  • New Product Showcase – Enter product for additional media exposure and a chance to win Best of Category or Best of Show!
  • Lure Tank – Reserve time to demo your product in a life like setting, set up with a mic and stage.
  • ICAST Fly Shop – If you have Fly Fishing product, enter it in for additional exposure in a shop like setting on the show floor.
  • Show Special – Offer a show specific special that will be shown in our app, printed show guide, featured in Fishing Tackle Retailer and receive a sign for your booth that says “Show Special”.

  • Happy Hour – Participate from 4pm-6pm Wednesday and Thursday and 12-2 Friday of the show by offering drinks and food at your booth during that time (ordered through Sodexo).
  • On The Water Product Demo Day – Outdoor event Tuesday before the floor opens where attendees can test the latest gear!
  • Meeting Room – Book a room in the Orange County Convention Center during the show week.
