ICAST is a trade-only event, open to qualified retail buyers—not the public. Join us in Orlando each July to explore the latest fishing gear, apparel, marine accessories, and more. Discover new products and source directly from the brands you trust.
Registration Fees
- Free for qualified buyers who register before Friday, July 3, 2026
- Onsite registration begins Monday, July 13, 2026, with a $25 registration fee.
Registration opens mid-February 2026.
Each person attending ICAST will need to register individually and submit two of the following credentials for approval:
Company Qualification Options (Choose one):
- Resale certificate that includes your company name and business address that sufficiently demonstrates your company’s industry affiliation
- Accessible and useable company website identifying your company name, current business address and that sufficiently demonstrates your company’s industry affiliation
Owner/Employee Qualification Options (Choose one):
- Most recent company paycheck stub
- External business invoice, dated within 9 months, with employee name on it
- Business email at website that meets company qualification
- Name of employee on website
- If you pre-registered for the show online, use the Scan & Go kiosk at the registration counter to receive your printed badge and lanyard.
- If you did not register ahead of time, please go to the registration desk to fill out a form with your information and pay the $25 registration fee.
