The Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation developed their own fishing curriculum for 4th-12th grade students and it has grown from 50 schools (6,100 participants) to 350 schools (30,000 participants) in the program in just six years. It is one of the several outdoor education programs now being offered as part of their suite of in-school education programs.
