Registration and Housing

Registering for ICAST 2012
Registration for ICAST exhibitors and attendees is easier than ever. If you have not attended ICAST before or it’s been several years since you attended, please go to Register Now on the ICAST home page to start the registration process.

If you attended ICAST last year, you should have received an email from our registration company, Experient, with your 2011 user name and password which you can use to start the ICAST 2012 registration process.

If you did not receive this email, contact Experient at ASA-ICAST@experient-inc.com, or call 301-694-5243. Whether you are a show veteran or new to ICAST, all questions related to ICAST registration should be directed to Experient.

ICAST 2012 Housing
We’ve arranged special discounts with partner hotels that are conveniently located near the Orange County Convention Center. When registering for the show, you can also make reservations at the official ICAST hotels through Experient. You may also book housing by contacting Experient directly at 301-694-5243.

Shuttle Service to the Convention Center
Complimentary shuttle bus service between the official ICAST hotels and the Orange County Convention Center is available July 11 – 13. This applies to all the ICAST hotels except those within walking distance of the Convention Center.

To register for housing, please visit the ICAST 2012 registration site. We have reserved room blocks in each of these conveniently located hotels. To register within the ICAST room blocks, please book housing online to take advantage of the special ICAST rates. You must be registered for the show to reserve housing at the special ICAST rates.

It’s easy to get to Orlando from just about anywhere due to Orlando International Airport’s more than 800 daily flights from 84 domestic and 37 international destinations. The airport is located just 13 miles from the Orange County Convention Center and the Rosen Centre Hotel – the ICAST 2012 Headquarter Hotel. The average cab fare from the airport to the Convention Center or Rosen Centre Hotel is approximately $35.00.
